This year i face 3-5 times account suspended due to pishing attacks. Someone added pishing files into my websites and hostwinds suspend them immediately. I lost traffic and in lost

That's not included how many times my websites got hack from stupid bangladesh hacker.

I assume this is related with hosting low security.. I intend to move to better hosting that are willing to help transfer my websites to new host for free

Any suggestion?

@Hostwinds can answer better scenario.

You need improve security of your site. Find the reason why hacker is getting intrude

is it any plugin issue or theme issue? is your wp version update, what are file permissions and so on!!!

If this things are not perfect, your site is gonna get hacked with any server.

If you feel its hosting issue, then I can recommend you to go with digital ocean once.

Been using their hosting for years now and never had any hacking incident... I think its more about weak security of your sites instead of Hostwinds fault.

I had an issue where something/someone was trying to send 300k+ emails from an email account - Messaged Hostwinds staff and they did a scan, found the malware and advised what it was and how it was caused. (For me, was vulnerabilities).

Also, 'always' message them before publicly shaming.

This is giving me headache.. They unsuspend my account resuspend again for more than 12 times..

I'm facing 2 different problem
1- Hacked and added pishing files
2- Hacked likely deface and they can't restore website to normal since got no backup. I still remember last year when staff politely can remove deface.

I'm not being rude and i admit their support has excellent rate last year.. These emails i communicate with them since last week but getting no where.. I lost hundreds and maybe thousands for traffic.

are you using wordpress?
are you using nulled wordpress themes?
that could be big cause of those hackers
if you are, stop using nulled themes. or scan them thoroughly. there are web tools now that will attempt this for you.
install "wordfence" plugin and configure it. it's the best free wordpress security plugin.
