Shoot me a PM with you email on file, or add me on skype. I will have a full audit performed on your account, to see what the issue. Please also include your IP address in the PM so that I can scan it against our firewall for possible hits. We have sometimes seen users get themself blocked from the firewall for failed login attempts, etc.
We are not currently recording any outages, and we are not having "Daily Crashes", we recently added additional measures of DDOS protection to help mitigate attacks and help isolate users affected by such attacks. All Business plans now come with a dedicated IP Address
