Hostwinds Down?

Yeah... I am loving this... going on holiday tomorrow and need to fix this shit now... this is ridiculous and cannot be explained by them anymore. Losing their clients data? WTF...
They should just shut their piece of s---- hosting down because obviously they are not capable of managing something like this properly.

This type of stuff happens with almost ALL hosting providers. Shit happens...
I too was on shared2 and i guess they where unable to get the data back. It's all good cause i am not stupid
and know to back my stuff up. To the one's that don't, ohh well.
This is what you get from a GOOD company that actually cares about the customer:
We will be giving all clients one free month of hosting for this outage. If we are unable to fully recover the data from Shared2, we will be offering the options of: partial refunds to all client(s) who paid for more than one month up front, or one year free hosting with us. The year free hosting offer is being extended to all clients- not only clients who paid for more than one month at a time.

That type of customer dedication is only done at companies that care!

Bullshitssssssssssssssssssss... All down and I don't have any back up .. 15 sites down without any back up. Damn.. They must refund me back. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
 
d4amn , fcuk , cibai , langsi, lancau , bullshit.. i hate this problem. waste my time and money. I will never use Hostwinds again. !!
