Hostwinds dedicated server problem

    So here is the problem: I have been waiting for hostwinds to set up my dedicated server for 2 weeks now. I have contacted them several times and all I get is some excuse. Should I ask for refund and move on to next provider since their prices are quite high compared to others. Wat do you guys think ?

    I think refund would be best and then move on. Maybe they have been busy after their sale promotion ended.

    They can always hire more people if they have much work to do

    why not try refund? find a better provider with no excuse for 2 weeks.
    Having a dedicated server means you're a heavy user and pay more than others. So you have the right
