How do you even rate the speed?

How many gigs of ram do you have? And how slow is that? with 384MB ram, it will be speedy than 256MB ram, but will be slower than 512MB or above

Have some standard ultimate hosting with hostwinds for a guess about 6 weeks now.

Amazing customer service, every time I've spoken to them on the live chat I get honest answers and really feel like I could ask them anything. Fixed a problem with a dodgy CMS install as well. Unfortunately my site went down for a little while a couple of days ago. Wasn't too bothered, didn't make a complaint but am sure if I did it would have been dealt with in a very courteous manner.

Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cheap hosting. Hopefully the odd downtime issues can be fixed over time. I 100% support these guys.
