HostPapa Delivery Time???

At the beginning of the Black Friday offer by HostPapa, I bought 3 domains. I got an email to verify myself with webcam and submitted documents.
But still, I've not got any domain details/account yet.

How long does it take to get domains? I guess, this year a lot of people bought domains from HostPapa. Are you also facing the same problem?

It's same with everyone. Does your verification process completed, I mean they will capture your photo on their live cam and need to scan your original docs if that completed later they will confirm in the next 48 hours.
Unfortunately, meanwhile, anyone can register the domain you opted for it still shows as available on other hosts I don't know these people opted for this process.

So make sure you have provided proper information and scanned properly if they come to know you scanned documents on pc image your verification will fail.
 
Yes, it's been more than 30 hours, I've completed the verification process.
Every time I try to contact them through Support Ticket or LIVE Chat, they say:


We apologize for the delay. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders due to the Black Friday sale going on.

Our Team is doing their best to process your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an ETA for that, but we will make sure that you receive the details as soon as possible.

they use the same template even on regular days, yeah 48 hours is a normal to get confirmation from hostpapa :rolleyes:
 
They are over loaded with orders lol

thier support will reply with templates only hehe
 
I was looking at that offer, luckily i didn't get it.
 
I believe, it was a bad choice to use HostPapa to purchase domains. :/ It would be better to buy from NameCheap with little discount.

i mean they ask you to scan original identity proofs passport and driving license, if you have them with you and scan original that's fine, some times people may not carry both of then in that case they try to scan the image on pc so in that case there might be a possibility they reject your verification
 
Wow why do you guys use registrar that needs id when it clearly not required per any standards?
Unbelievable you ever use this kind of registrar guys! Unless they give free hosting for 5 years I see no reason at all.
 
Black Friday offer by HostPapa, I bought 2 domains. Yesterday I got an email to verify myself with webcam and submitted documents.But I have no proper dotuments.Because I was reg fake name and address. So i cannot verify.Any one suggest me about this problem.

you cant go through that and better take it from another registrar if you are giving fake details. hostpapa verification bit of strict compared to other domain registrars.
