Today I went to buy a VPS, they will not boot when they pay.

At the beginning they also had online customer service to reply to my question.
Later online customer service functions were not available.

Their online customer service will only ask you to wait, but he will not solve your problem, only will find ways to waste your time.

From the screenshots it looks like you bought the service today. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the server to go live, so just be a little patient.

Give it a bit of time, trust me. It looks like they've been in business since 2000 so it wouldn't make sense for them to scam you out of $8. Usually it takes 24 hours for a VPS to go up. Also give them some time to respond to your ticket because not all services offer 24hour support.

Something most likely came up, from my experience vps/proxy providers tend to be a hit or miss with providers flat out lying or a provider that can give out a positive experience.

its not offence
almost all web hosting have slow reply,they need to handle thousand of customers

also dns settings takes time to up
 
Sometimes, the fraudcheck modules run by many hosting companies keeps the orders pending till someone takes a look and activate the order
 
Like everyone here is saying, give it 24hours. Thereafter, contact them in whatever way possible if it remains the same.

I am used to the use of automatic boot VPS service providers, suddenly the use of manual processing is really a bit unaccustomed. : )
