It's based on your bandwidth & if you use the scaling & how much resources you use.
so, your site can always handle the traffic load that comes in.
That's the one good thing about AWS's auto scaling system.
Cost a bit more, but you know, if you have some ridiculous amount of traffic coming in, your site won't go down.

Get a few small vps servers (for example 6gb ram each) servers and load balance them. Digital ocean allows load balancing directly from the UI as far as I know (I would use docker though). Horizontal scaling would probably be cheaper for most than buying a huge server.

Precisely, there is a set price, and it goes up and down.
Only issue I have with using AWS/GCP is that bandwidth gets very very costly real quick.
If you have a some technical knowledge, it is better to go with an option what @Gogol mentioned.
It's more affordable and works extremely well too

It depends on your needs. Hostinger offers shared hosting solutions at lower prices than DigitalOcean, which offers cloud hosting solutions with more scalability and flexibility. Ultimately, it comes down to the specific requirements of your website.

There are points that quickly show huge differences, the price is very lower and it is a sign of the difference there is and shared hosting that can even be created in DigitalOcean is not the same as something private. In my country they say, cheap is expensive.
