The answer is very subjective. What type of hosting are you looking for from them? Shared or VPS or dedicated?
I have used both for shared hosting plan and did not have any serious problem with either.

Endurance International Group.
They are the web hosting cartel of the internet. They find good hosting companies that are doing decently and then buy them and run them into the ground. Almost all major hosting companies from Bluehost to Hostgator is owned by them.
I just realized OP asked Hostinger and not Hostgator. Hostinger is obviously better than Bluehost.
