Hostinger is the worst hosting

I signed up with the company to host about 5 small wordpress website in the VPS service. it has been the worst hosting except Godaddy. I added the Plesk control panel and each time I would make a change (delete files) the whole server would crash. Not just the control panel the whole server. I compalied for over e month then took there advice to chnage the Contorl panel. But after i chnaged the control panel and started all over on website development I found out that the new control panel in there systems can’t support PHP 7.4. I changed to another control panel, same thing limitations on the PHP version you can use.

The support under their VPS service is nonexistent, If you can’t identify what the problem is and fix it yourself these people will not help you and will see that the VPS service does not come with support. Then when they say they will help they ask Asinine questions that are already included in the log files which they do not want to take anytime to look at. I have to read the log file to them. I am wording if this has been the expereace of other people with the company?

This has been happening since i first signed up as you can see from the date (May) on the first pic, until today. I have already chat with 3 or 4 different reps. They all had the same reply, the same copy and paste responses.

why don't you buy a VPS with Centos7 and install cPanel on it. the cPanel has the option of multiple so you can switch to the latest PHP version without any worry.
WordPress works great on cPanel, you can also install Softaclous so that you can install WP with a few clicks.

Did you get your money back?
Plesk is very well known brand and owned by cpanel itself. There is no reason for you to change the panels. But just incase if you want to change the panel you can go with directadmin.

i had a problem with wp rocket today. I was getting fatal css error with php 8.0 (curl 28). they helped. but it wasn't the vps i was using. wordpress hosting

I know that they're shit when I had to help my friend who had hostinger hosting. I thought their VPS would be better. Never going to use them, ever!

Wordpress works great with Plesk. What they advertised and what i brought was Plesk. SO why should I have to change anything when this server was directly advertised? If your servers don’t work good with Plesk, don’t advertise it.

Which is a lighter control panel but, it still had errors with cPanel and Webmin and Vitrulmin

There is not even one place on this VPS page that says this is unmanaged. It frst says you don’t need tecnical knowledge then all the way at the bottom it says you do. I have technical knowledge but this is to much when you first use it it’s crashing and you have not even loaded hardly anything.

I fully went with them because I know they were one of the hosting companies that used to host Wikileaks. No wonder they where not with them for not even a year. I don’t think that move had anything to do with the MAN trying to take the site down. I think they just suck.

Everyone knows how they are. Do you think they understand what the f they are doing ?! if they really did 000webhost wouldn't be hacked. Hostinger is the last place you'd go for shared hosting let alone be a vps. And why did you choose plesk when there is better alternative like DirectAdmin is available. If you are hosting only five website you could go for cyberpanel which is free and uses openlitespeed.

Most VPS hostings don't come with technical help, sure they come with customer support but not the one you expect, it is true it doesn't say anywhere its unamanged but from what i know, managed vps are quite expensive, you can't expect to pay 10$ for a vps have be hassle-free.
My advice: OVH VPS+Cyberpanel and you will be good to go, no need to play with your vps all day

Best to change hosting overall this group is a terrible website host and I would agree their support is terrible as well which does not help anyone as well.
