Hostinger blocking the cloaking file?

I am having a major issue with clocking my website that's hosted on Hostinger.
I am using Clocking House to clock my website, I did every step they showed in their video, I contacted the Hclocking support and they said "I think your WordPress is blocking the cloaking file".
Its been now 12 days trying to solve this, but no way to fix it.

PLEASE HELP.

Did you check with hostinger support? They use to have online chat support.

Yes, please try to contact their support as they can only help you out in this matter.

I used their support a few times and they were very helpful. At first they didn't understand my issue but then after some time they figured it out and what they told me to do worked great.
