Hosting24 Softaculous Wordpress Issues!

Hi

I used hosting24 softaculous to install wordpress and I have tried three times now, and every time I install, it says I can't logon.
It says my username does not exist.
I have installed wordpress heaps and never had this problem before.

It doesn't let me reset the password either.
Can anyone please suggest what I do? The support their is like non-existent...

Find a new host.

installing wordpress manually by creating database yourself isn't that hard.

Try it.

Got it working eventually, but having new issues. I think your suggestion is very good
