Hosting without regards to DMCA?

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering. My current host has had to DMCA's sent to them and I had to take down the content (the site in question is an Anime (like cartoons) video website). Alot of websites are being hit by an Anime company that's getting them to remove hundreds of series of Anime, but there are some out there that don't need to - due to their hosting disregarding DMCA complaints. Now, I want a host that assures me I won't need to remove any of the videos if I receive a DMCA complaint. I'm also looking for a VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server), as I have alot of Domains that need transferring as well.

Can anyone suggest me a good host, that can offer a nice size bandwidth, possible VDS, fast server, that doesn't respond to DMCA's? (I hear the Dutch don't? Iunno.)

Thanks!

How's prq.se? I hear TPB uses/used it?

I don't know what your hosting needs are, but you can also try the host that blackhatworld uses... I don't know how they may react to a DMCA, so you may have to research this

Anyone know which host BHW uses then? and anyone know if prq.se is any good? I can't afford too much downtime changing hosts every month.

You can try

I'm in the process of buying an offshore server and I"ll have host anything hosting available in a few days you can PM me if you are interested
