Hosting which allows Warez (Cracks/Hacks)

Hello BHW'ers,

I'm thinking to start a website with cracks and hacks for the most popular/recent games and software.
And I am searching for a good hosting provider, which allows such content to be hosted. An offshore one would be great.

I am still wondering should I start such project, because there is some DMCA risk involved?
Could you guys help me decide, by explaining how the things work.

I'd appreciate suggestions.

Well, I am asking this question here, because I contacted few offshore hosting providers asking them the same question and those I contacted, said they do not allow such content to be hosted.

Anyway, I was wondering which is better:
1. To find an offshore hosting which allows it. And host them myself? (Can I get in trouble for doing so?)
2. Or just provide links to the content. Upload it on file-sharing sites? (Not hosting it on my server)

I'm very very sure that offshore hosting providers are specific to illegal contents like these. They ignore DMCA reports and allow you to continue using their hosting no matter what.. so i really don't think their offshore hosting providers.
 
try jdr host, i think they allow any thing + very cheap.

No, mate. I don't talk about DMCA, I know they ignore it. But the providers itself, they do not allow warez (and some other) content. I don't know why, maybe because some of the cracks and hacks are infected with viruses and they just protect their servers?

Try the second option, though there will be chances that it will be removed, you just have to look after it. Or you can host it from your computer. But you probably don't want to do that.
