Hosting + Unique IP

I'm looking to purchase a small hosting package with a unique IP (I don't want a shared one). Anyone know a decent company with a reputation that I can purchase from?

I'm not going with hostgator.

Until they fuckup they are good
But when they fuckup they do it big time
Like your whole f*** site disappears without a trace so make sure you have your own backup copy (just irritating stuff like that)
And they have had a dns server problem for over a year, at times your url will not resolve then 5 mins later after calling it will start to resolve again
Only way round it is to have a bot calling it every hour or so
Also yu can no longer stream flv files with them servers are to slow or locked down to much. Good cheap host for your b sites
