I'm looking for good hosting under 15$/year, can you recommend me some?

I use Namecheap. They have plans of $9 and another for $19 or thereabout. But the yearly renewal is way above that. if you are not successful with your sites after a year. You can either close it, rethink your strategy or buy a new hosting from namecheap again and transfer your website.

i use one.com...i like them most ....for just $13.80 the first year...i used namecheap also but one.com trumps in my opinion...cant recall all the reasons why cus its been a while since i used namecheap but i think as far as ur email setup namecheap has some limitations on autoresponders
