Hosting took from here and every time servers are down

I bought hosting package from here member @nanohits.

all my sites are not working now and there backup option not working either .what can i do now?

Contact the seller or open a shitlist, thats why I always get hosting from reputable companies like A2Hosting, 99.9 uptime, fast speed, great support.

If they have support, reach out to them and request your backups.

The only one who can actually help you is the hosting provider it self.

If you open shitlist thread and reporting the issue here, moderators may be able to assist in order to get refund or at least your files.
