Hosting that allow CPA?

You are using Apple's logo I bet. Remove that, move to another domain and you will be okay.
Forget about namecheap. They are terribly overselling.

I can vouch for @littlewebdragon 's services, I'm a costumer of his for 3 years and never had any problems, better than any hosting service I used in the past.

I got hit with that from another brand. Don't use namecheap ! they will still send you an email , just use offshore hosting
