Hosting suggestion for this weird domain name

My friend has this domain name www.-.kg and some hosting providers said that they cannot host the domain to their servers.They cannot enter it into their server system because domains are not allowed to begin with a dash "-"

Apparently some servers view a dash ad the beginning of a line of code or think its an invalid domain.

any suggestions ??????

well I am thinking how you got this domain , I tried to do a look up by whois.domaintools.com and it also can't recognize this domain

I have all the details also my friend tried with Bluehost but no luck
