Hosting Problems

Im hosting my site with Hostgator, and keep getting this when i try to visit the page or login using wordpress
Sometimes its just now and then, but today its started doing it again for long periods and I cant log into my /cpanel now, just wondered if anyone else has been having this problem? Ive spoken to Hostgator numerous times over this, and though their help is great, it always seems to come back :S

maybe you have some bad neighbours in the same server

Yeah i was thinking the same thing, cant access my /wp-admin or my /cpanel to get in touch with them, unless the server has gone down hmmm
