I have a blog that the number of visitors increase much
then when to change my hosting plan to a vps ???

check out on your bandwidth and disk usage
if its too high then probably you need to transfer to a vps as per your requirements

Your webhosting provider will probably notify you when you start using too much resources on your webhosting.

It might be a good idea to use some kind of uptime monitoring service (like Pingdom).
With it you can keep track of your website uptime in case it gets shutdown or starts throwing erros in case of CPU/MEM abuse.

As already said above if you overuse resources your hosting provider will tell and will give you a chance to upgrade. But if your cpu and memory usage goes above 10% then you must cosider buying a VPS. 10% is the standard resource limit on most shared hostings.

Just look at

a) Diskspace
b) Bandwith

If you have issue with any of that then change it immediately. Today lot of web hosting providers offering you Unlimited Bandwidth and Unlimited Diskspace. Better go to shared hosting with Unlimited Bandwidth and Unlimited Diskspace instead of VPS. As VPS hostings would cost you alot.

There is no such thing as unlimited webhosting.

Why? Because there are no:
1) hard drives with unlimited capacity. Have you ever seen a hard drive with "Unlimited GB" or "Infinite TB"? I haven't.
2) No datacanter can offer "Unlimited bandwidth"

Unlimited hosting means that when you start using too much resources your site will:
a) be suspended or
b) will start throwing errors like "Resource limit reached"
