Is it ok to host a website on a VPS, as well as using it for some minor use of BH tools like SB, AMR and such? I mean I won't be running these pieces of software 24/7, just doing occasional blasts. Also, which of the bermanhosting plans would you guys recommend?

Yes, you can do that if you get a windows VPS. You will need a good amount of RAM to have multiple tools running 24 / 7. But, basically, the way you can do it is by setting up WAMP or XAMPP on your windows VPS for your website and then you can just run the tools on there as it is.
It's not recommended to have a windows server as your web host, but that is how you can have both at once.
