Hosting localization and ranking

How much does the hosting localization affects search engines ranking, especially google ofc?
I bought OVH hosting and they allow IP change to a variety of euro countries but not USA or Canada, however i will target users from these 2 countries (website still under construction).
PS: using UK IP atm.

Any suggestion guys?

Domain Local TLD have more impact as compared to having a local Host & IP. I don't take hosting as any ranking factor at all.
