Hosting issues! Need some help.

Yesterday I bought a domain and hosting. I received the hosting information and immediately changed the nameservers and installed wordpress on the root directory. The hosting's splash page is still showing up. I did clear out all history/cookies/stuff.

Any reason why my wordpress install isn't showing up?
