Hosting in different countries set to one hosting in US

I have hosting in Sweden, Poland and the US. If I were to collect all in one basket and host it all in US, how much would that effect the rankings in the Serps? Are there instances where it is absolutely not advisable to setup the hosting in US? All sites are brick and mortars businesses, but get decent organic traffic.

Based on my experience moving hosting locations, it does not take much effects on rankings in serps. The last time I switch from UK hosting to US hosting, the changes in serps are very little, everything back to normal positions within almost a week. No worries about that. Hope that help

just be sure that the hosting is fast for your targeted countries

It is always better to host your website in the country you target but it is not very important.

If the brick and mortar businesses are local to those countries where you mention the hosting, then I wouldn't mess with it.
