Hosting for your blog network

Which hosts do you use for hosting your your own blog network? Do you host one blog on each hosting account and/or on different hosts (e.g. Hostgator) to have difference C-class IPs?

Here's the list of 1$ web hosts I've found so far. I think I will do 2 blogs per hosting (that allow it) and 1 on the rest. I found this in Google. If ANYONE has an extensive list of 1$ hosting companies, I'd really appreciate a message. I could even buy you a virtual 5$ cup of coffee via paypal. PM me for my list so far! You can also use host nine reseller's package to get a few ip's all for the same price (they let you do the allocation). Hawkhost is super cheap and allows you to choose the location each time so I just created 6 different accounts with each location and you get 6 different diverse ip's for a cheap price
