Hosting for warez site

Hello there blackhatworld... So I'm running warez site and I was wondering which hosting is best for such content? I'm currently using webcare360 and I'm not satisfied with them, my loading site speed on gtmetrix varies from time to time, yesterday was 3.1 seconds and today is 8.4... my performances are all in green and I've done everything to improve loading speed which is crucial for google algorithm... I think that there is problem in servers they use and I'm asking here if there is any other hosting provider which someone used and which can be trusted?

VPS cost more than Shared its problem budget ^^

Ive seen VPS go for like $3 per month. Surely the warez site makes more than that?

it does but I was thinking on buying shared hosting, will check also VPSs for sure... thanks for reply

Yes offshore vps with some fine tuning like nginx or litespeed will be great.
