I use IndiaNets, and I'm very pleased with their service. Vijay is awesome.
As for SE0Hosting.com, they're owned by H0stGat0r, which made me run the other way. Also, if having non-sequential C-Class IP addresses is important to you, IndiaNets can offer them, whereas SE0Hosting will most likely give you sequential IPs. (I asked both hosts about this during pre-sales chats.)

I use http://www.seohosting.com its hostgators sister company...$67.00 a month 10 class c ip's very easy to use.
I have used SEOHosting.com and it was very good though the price kind of sucks.
Right now I am with IndiaNets, and it has been great - quick customer service and 100% uptime so far.
Stay away from Seo-Host - was a nightmare for the month I was with them.

I bought Indianets, and a few days after I did it went down for 3-4 days, which looked very badly seeing as how 1 week after purchase it had over 50% downtime! However, everyone else seems to have only good things to say so far. Perhaps it truly was a one time glich. However, even if it was a one time glich, it seems to me to be a glich too big and too unforgivable to ever go back. I cannot recommend them.
