So many Good hosting providers offering some good $1-$2 hosting offers for Blackfriday. I bought around 10 packages for same thing in last couple of days.
I bought these shared packages from different locations like Canada, UK, Different states in US etc. I don't know really make a huge difference but thought it's batter than using same location.

I can confirm Cloudflare works for seo hosting, I made a thread here before about it. If you want different nameservers with cloudflare, make sure to register multiple accounts at cloudflare.

The most important point to remember in setting up a Private Blog Network is that you do not want to connect the various blogs in your network with each other in any way. You do not want to leave any footprint. If one blog is found and penalized by the search engines, the other blogs should not be affected. Otherwise your network will crash like a pack of cards. Therefore, no blog should link to any other blog in the network. Use different data for the who is. Therefore, why would you have all your blogs on a single host - even if it is Seo hosting with different addresses it is still a single point of failure.
If you can, go with managing a separate VPS for each site. You get VPSes for as cheap as $10 a year. You do not risk having to share your IP address with any other site.

Exactly, the Owner of Dollarseohosting is a smooth talker, blaming his former customers of being secret agents of some other seo hosting company.
I would recommend avoiding dollarseohosting at all costs, you can get 1$ hosting accounts at standalone hosting companies, on diffrent servers and diffrent locations/countries. it is just a little bit of extra work, as they won't be under 1 WHM account, but from my experience it's worth the efforts, with dollarseohosting, if the server goes down.

Would all the (cloudflare) ip's all be from a certain range ie footprint... though with only 4 sites I can see the point it doesn't matter

Guys at ViperChill and OMG Machines tested this. They're putting all their PBN sites on DIFF hosts. If they're doing it with a six figure network I'll follow their advice.

I just make it up. Celebrity names, fake addresses, etc. Illegal technically, but I have never ever heard of someone getting in trouble for WHOIS falsification. How many sites are on the Internet, like 100 million or Billion. Yeah, you're no one's going to catch you for faking that shit.

@Laubster - Whilst I haven't heard of anyone being sued for whois falsification I have heard of horror stories between people and the domain registrar. You can lose your domain if you forget your account details and your whois information says one thing and you cannot verify that you are that person.
