I'd say get a new vps for each site to be safe, diversity is key

Do not go for Seo hosting - they just leave too large a footprint.
The ideal situation would be to buy low end VPSes from multiple providers (if you have the technical chops for setting up a LEMP stack), mixed with a few webhosts and for static html sites check out Amazon S3 with Route53.

You should stay away from SEO hosting, also be careful and diversify whois information. Google know the IP of each hosting, no matter if they diversify. Also try to diversify on VPS vs. shared hosting and free hosting. A properly link profile is not coming only from one kind of source.

The best way is to host your sites on different shared hosting providers.
I tried a lot of "Seo" hosting companies but are really crappy services.
If you don't have money to invest in this and you're looking for 100$ a year solution forget PBN.
Google can detect your PBN in few weeks if you're using the same reseller account or similar services.

Here's the thing - Google is targeting PBNs right now and one of the ways they are doing this is through hosting. I build PBN sites that have unique content, only 1 money site link on the whole site, images in posts, different CMSs (along with static files) and lots of different themes/templates but I have still had several sites deindexed and there was a clear common factor - cheap hosts.
SEO hosting is certainly not the answer but you also have to be careful when choosing cheap shared hosting too. Don't always go for the cheapest as these will attract more PBN type sites - going for something slightly more expensive means you will be in a better neighbourhood when it comes to the types of sites being hosted on each server.
Using the same list as everybody else is a recipe for disaster, especially when that list is on a forum so just find them yourself using Google and your own search expertise.

Dont use seo hosting, if you do, you will lose your domains a lot quicker. Use multiple shared/reseller hosting companies and acquire additional ip addresses for them.

Clearly different hosts are needed with the recent crack down on pbn's. It's really a pain to set up but a great opportunity for those still using pbn's.
