Hosting for Offline clients question

I'm working on my first site that I will need to handle the hosting for long term. I was wondering what I should charge and also where I should set up. Right now I have unlimited hosting at Godaddy and Bluehost.

Im doing a site for a club/restaurant, I will actually end up doing about 10 seperate sites for this owner. All different clubs.

May I ask how any of you handle this if at all? Thanks.

for a low traffic site I usually charge clients $100 for 2 years.

thanks alot that really helps
