Hosting for Mass EMailing

Hello,

I am looking for any suggestions on whom I can use for my mass emailing. I need dedicated servers (Linux VPS should be fine too) and places that will let me buy blocks of IP space per month.

Please don't respond with a suggestion to "use a proxy" or "use an SMTP" server. This is a very specific need for a very specific and proprietary software. I'm just asking for any hosting companies you may have experienced that might fight this criteria.

I've been looking through them, but haven't found anyone who is friendly to email marketing.

It's frustrating because they have been burned by spammers before. What I am using it for is legitimate marketing emails, we don't get complaints, we don't cause issues, and we work with our companies.

Anyone who is doing hosting, if you're interested in a consistent client who wants to do contracts on a monthly basis, please PM me. We need IPs because of rate limiting, not blacklisting. If you don't understand the difference, I'm happy to explain that as well.

What are the specs of the server that you need? I mean any recommended RAM/Disk/BW etc....
