Sending BH traffic to domains/sites. Some domains/sites will be indexed for seo purpose, other projects won't need seo.

What type of hosting/domain would be best in both situations?
Do you recommend giving personal details for hosting/domain, using services like hostagator/godaddy etc?

    Cheers

Yeah, a lot of Web Hosts will be setup to allow you to have multiple domains, each with the ability for you to index or not index (usually using htaccess).

As for you providing your personal details.. If you're just signing up a domain for the short-term, then you could just make up information. But otherwise you will want to provide accurate information to meet your TOS of owning a domain, which states that all domain names should have accurate whois information, otherwise you can risk losing the domain. If you don't like having your personal information in the whois, you can always use domain privacy.

As long as you're not doing anything fraud, you shouldn't have to worry about any BH stuff with your Web Host (atleast I think).

Ok, then you could just signup your hosting account with fake name/address, etc. :) Shouldn't have any issues. I worked with some big Web Hosting companies out there and have rarely ever seen anybody lose their domain due to lying about personal details. You'd have to be drawing suspicion to your account heavily.

unless you are doing drugs/child porn/warez no hosting company will be bothered what kind of traffic you send them.

Don't get me wrong, I just gave you the categories that could get you into trouble with hosting companies. I know it's a shame even to mention it.
