Hosting Anonymously- yep, same question everyday.

So as the title says, I'm that annoying forum member who asks questions which were asked and answered thousand times here before.
Anyways.

So, I want to host website while leaving no trace, since I'm going to go with CPA+ games niche (with a little twist) method and I'm scared of gaming companies that they would complain about their trademarks, pics and could do smth to me (the f?ck I know)
I just want to make sure the websites would be on air and making me cash.

I've been doing this with blog*spot and the advantage of this that they can't get in touch with me or close the sites (well they can report the blog and it will close it down)
But I want better conversation rate and that means I have to make a better landing page, buy domain etc to convince the visitor to complete the surveys. And the blogger doesnt satisfy me anymore. lol

Before going in to the details about hosting, I wanna ask- am I paranoid about all the treats I can get from gaming companies or I'm sober minded? lol

So, about hosting anonymously:

I thinking about registering under fake info on pay*pal and getting vcc (but I dont know how I can get money in my newly created account anonymously),
then buying some superdupermegauber high next-level proxies and registering on offshore domain registrars and web hosting providers under fake info and thats probably it.
Any gaps/mistakes or smth that I forgot?Suggestions?

So, what do you think? Am I just stupid and overacting to possible treats and I should just get my domains and hosting with real info since I dont have a clue how to fill up with money newly created pay*pal account verified with vcc?

Just recently found out that someone sell BT in my area in cash.
So, lets say, problem solved.

But, lets say, companies wont find me through financial stuff, but can they through CPA or PPD network im in?

Yes they could if they file and get a court order in the jurisdiction of where the CPA or PPD is located. But in less you are selling pirated stuff of the game they aren't going to do anything.

As long as you are not making millions and causing severe revenue loss no one is going to come after you. Another reason could be if you cause negative rep to their brand.

And if you are not in the same country as the game Dev/CPA network, you don't have much to worry about.

If its a small time game dev, then they wont be able to do something but if its Ubisoft, they could get a court order to get your name from the cpa network by filing paperwork with the legal system where the CPA network is, than after that. They can go to the country your located in and file a lawsuit or a injunction against you.

But this would only happen if your using a ppd network to distrobute cracked copies of a video game, or the cracks.But they will just send a DMCA or a cease and desist to the PPD/CPA companies and you will get banned

I forgot to mention, that I will promote only fake files. But if I put game's pirated copy but in reality its only a fake file, what then?
Just for naming a fake file with, for instance, 'Wow Client' and putting it on download, can I get in trouble?

EDIT: moreover, I will be using .rar password technique for that file, and I will only provide password.txt file with PPD/CPA network.
and that game related fake file will be for download on free file hosting or on free ftp hosting (but I think they would take that file down) , or smth like that, idk.

that little twist is niche related thing, only fake files but what they are named is relevant. (but no pron or stuff like that, its game related)

They don't care about fake files, it offers them no benefit to sue someone for something they are not losing royalties from.

If you want to make real good money develop your own game trainers, and use CPA or PPD to content lock them.
