Hosting and landing pages

Hello guys !
i am new to cpa marketing, so i have a question with landing pages
for example if i will promote different offers with different landing pages, do i need a host and a domaing for every offer ? i really don't understand how this is working . if someone can explain or give me a page where i can understand this, i would appreciate it

Usually no. Most affiliate programs have their own landing pages. You get a link and your promote that link.
