I'm about to start a new campaign and it will include people signing up for Hosting under my aff. link. But I've never tried any.I'm expecting 25-40 signups per month. Hostgator looks good from here.

Split test. See what pays well and which lasts longer. There were horror stories where Hostgator denied payments. You can even try promoting Hostgator through CJ. You will get 100$ confirmed even if u do less than 10.

    Godaddy. Godaddy pays, Hostgator doesn't.

Dreamhost could be an option too. You can go with single payments of a max of $97 with them.

Slightly less than HG if you're pushing volume, but it doesn't harm to spread the risk of getting banned/not paid etc.

P.S. I have personally been paid by dreamhost.
