Hosting Affiliate and Sub-affiliate?

Hi,

I am promoting a hosting company via their affiliate program. How i do:

• I have my own website, providing some free installation service for customers whom buy hosting via my link.
• I also compare other web hosting company and recommend to them.

Now the question is: Can i have my own affiliates (where i run own affiliate program with proper tracking software etc.) whom promoting my website (NOT promoting my affiliate link) and earn money if i secure a commission? Is it against normal affiliate practice?
