Hosting adult content on Namecheap

I recently bought a adult themed domain name at namecheap where I already have a professional hosting plan. After buying I saw that on their TOS they say adult content not allowed :|. Are they strict about it? I will only be hosting adult legal pics, no vids or whatsoever.

How is godaddy towards adult content?

I suggest to get their money back guarantee, and hostgator allows adult content.

Hostgator allows that and many offshore hosting also support adults contents.

But if you have a lot of traffics, you might consider using VPS to host that.

Namecheap doesnt allow adult on their hosting but I dont know on the domain.

Any updates on this? How enforceable is Namecheap with adult content? Building a romantic chat applcation, and obviously I cant control everything that everyone uploads

I would recommend you to get an offshore hosting for your domain, as on offshore locations you can host adult content without any issues.

Ultimately I went with Hostinger. They explicity state that they allow adult content. I think Namecheap's ban on adult content is only for Webhosting, not domain registration. They advertise .porn and .xxx domain names lol

Hostinger is full of shit, they suspended my account. I made a porn site there and they suspended my account unilaterally, you will only waste your time and money. Is there any recommendation of vps hosting provider that accepts porn websites, I will be grateful if you all give me a list

I would suggest you choose an offshore hosting provider

No. GoDaddy is USA company, will comply and force DMCA to remove any content.
You should search for a Offshore Hosting company that ignores DMCA like I said in this post; abelohost, alexhost, flokinet, privatelayer

No, they don't allow. Most of adult content is protected by DMCA. Unless you do your own content.
Consider a Offshore Hosting like Alexhost, VikHost, Abelohost, Flokinet for that kind of purposes like Adult Content (+18).

Never use Hostinger, HostGator, GoDaddy, DreamHost and those US based hosting.

Most of Adult Content have DMCA abuses and report, you should search for offshore hosting!

Check this offshore providers allows adult content, check them:

They are offshore and great solutions for offshore hosting.
Most of them allows adult content.

Don't waste your money with hostings based in US.
