Hosting a Contest and Need Your help

Okay I have a blog about money making ideas just like BHW but on a small scale and not methods to make money but just ideas and some ebooks and tools.

So I am holding a contest until Dec 7th

The contest is that people just post money making ideas and other people rate the methods or ideas and the top rated one on the dec 8th will win $30.

I have implement a rating system where users can just rate 1 to 10 on each post they view and from that I can decide

I was wonder if there is a better way to decide on the best post other then a rating system that i have now.

I was thinking about a poll but that would not work as too many options will be in it.

Well you decide but also count the voters, so mix your decision with the voters, and increase the price a bit bcs u will be getting methods like "post aff link in YA....
