Angiex01,
Have you tried getting the appropriate SPF record from your mail provider and having Hostgator add it? That is a common issue. Sometimes the server is blacklisted by the email account until the proper SPF records are added.
Hope that helps,
Shawn
Hello angiex01
What are the errors you are getting, if you can post them here I can maybe help. Have done a lot with SMTP and mass mail.
But without knowing what the error is then I am flying blind.
Mr Lowe
Also make sure your MX zone file is correctly redirecting to your smtp server
They did some server migrations couple of weeks ago. Might check your dash for messages if you didnt get them. Maybe this will solve your problem.
If I'm sending 2700 per day is it safe. I'm not using VPS, I'm using shared hosting.
BTW, do you know any good mass email verifier ?
do you have any crack*d version or a licence key of any of these ? because they are too expensive :/
Good to see you got it sorted angiex01.
Have fun![]()
