HostGator is one of the best in my opinion. I've been using them for over 5 years.

Hostgator rocks. They handle the hosting portion pretty much completely, uptime is good, and the support is world class. 4 years with them. But you cannot do serious blackhat but most of us don't get real deep anyway.
