They don't care what you do as long as you follow their TOS.

The main points to remember are:
    1. You cannot run any non-web service (ie. IRC bots, etc). Only processes triggered by a web interaction are permitted.
    2. Your system does not pull more than 25% CPU load for more than 90 seconds.

As for software, they don't care, however they will pull your account if you get their IP block into either an RBL blacklist (email) or Akismet IP blacklist.

I wouldn't recommend using a nulled vB with any hosting....Jelsoft are able to trace that you're using one.

They seem to use a different tactic. They don't have much in the way of tracing in their software, however they do have an avid following that reports all vB installs they find, plus they spider themselves looking for vB installs and issue take down notices. They are quite active in their efforts to remove illegal installs. This is one of the reasons the software is not ioncube encoded when you purchase it.

My recommendation is to either pay for it, or go for something free.

that's not a easy process. its difficult to trace every website. Unless someone complaints about a particular site

I have hosted my nulled VB forum for just over 6 months with no problems, it is a private forum, so no fear of getting reported, but yes it is fine to use until you get reported.
