Can anybody here recommend me a good reseller hosting? I got multiple downtimes recently. I am planning to shift to another host. I never had this problem with hostgator but today i contacted them and they said they are upgrading cpanel again. wt. please recommend a better hosting

No problems with Hostgator for me, and unfortunately I've been working quite constantly all day. So, if my stuff would have went down for more than a few minutes at a time, I probably would have known.
As a matter of fact it's time for bed. 12 hours of trying to figure new crap out makes you tired...

Surprisingly my hg is fine. I have noticed for about an hour each night for about the past 4-5 nights it would be down. I contacted support and they said they where having issues with the server my stuff was hosted on. Atleast they told me what was going on and they where already working to fix it.

Do you mean the $0.99/ 3 years?I just moved to Hostable all my sites were with HG on a reseller account. Not anymore
last year i did not have any issues with HG at all as far as i remember, this year i already had several issues and getting annoyed by their ignorance .
As far i can see it has nothing to do with what kind of package you have as i have 2 shared , 1 vps and 2 dedi with them and for the 1st time in years i am looking around for a different host as currrently i am just not happy with the way how they react when i contact them with today's problems.

You guys should check out Hostwinds, we manually update our servers with new cpanel updates. This ensures that all the other hosting companies out there get to break and then all the bugs get fixed, and then we upgrade it safely using Stable builds.
