Just to let you know how hostgator is able to treat its NEW customers.
I bought 3 years baby plan with 75% discount. (end of the world discount on the 21th december) I paid 71 USD
They asked me to provide personal ID. I told them that hosting plan has been opened with company account and my personal ID was irrelevant as account is for my company not for me.
They replied to send business registration, or business licence or whatever to proof business existance.
I provided these documents immediatelly.
This morning i checked emails and they cancelled my plan and gived to me 71 USD paypal refund.
They really are a pain in the ass ! I suppose it was a bad deal 3 years for only 71 USD ! so they just cancelled account !!!
AVOID HOSTGATOR if you are outside US and apply with business acount!
