Happened to me too. Complained to them and ended up scanning my ID and credit card, and emailing to them.

I've tried being their affiliate via CJ a while ago. They do this mostly when you sign up through an affiliate to make sure it's a legitimate signup. If you don't provide them with what they request, the affiliate you signed up under will not get paid and your account will be deactivated.
