What's the easiest way to get backups of all sites that I've hosted with Hostgator?

Should I just use FileZilla to do it or would I be missing some stuff that I need?

You can enter to the live chat and request a full backup. Tell them to leave your backup in the home directory and then you can use filezilla to download the entire backup.

    Thanks.

So is it not possible to do it myself?

Basically, I ask Hostgator to put a backup in the home directory, I download it and then delete the backup from Hostgator?

If your account is not over 4gb, you can simply create a full cpanel backup by clocking the backup icon in cpanel. If it's over 4gb, need to contact support to have them manually over ride the limits to create the backup via shell.

I'm 99% sure that it's under 4gb so thanks, I'll try that later.
