Hostgator affiliate program through CJ quick question

I know when you go through hostgators affiliate program your referral has to buy the 2nd month before you can receive the funds, but if you go through CJ does that same rule still apply? All it says is "Must complete an online purchase in our shopping cart, ModernBill." to get the $100 commission.

Just so you are aware that it is more complicated than that. If the user is in a past due state at the time Hostgator does their review for payout (meaning if the user does not pay for the 3rd month on time) your commission could also be voided. It does not actually say this on the terms, but this is what they do and follow.
