Hi, I am facing a problem with my Adsense account. I had two accounts, one in my name and another one in my wife's name. My account was hosted, and my wife's account was a non-hosted normal account, and I was making money from my blogs, not so much but something every month. And with the hosted account I was also making some money from youtube but it was not much as I was busy with blogging most of the time. I had only a few videos. A few months ago we both got an email from Adsense that they suspect both of the accounts are operated by the same person and they temporarily suspend both accounts. After a week we got another mail from Adsense that they decide to close one account and they will keep one and give it back to us. Unfortunately, AdSense gave us back the hosted account with no money ( it was only about 30 Euros in the account, this earning is from about 3 months) and they closed the non-hosted account with money. After that, I got disappointed and did not continue blog anymore. But recently I decide to continue blogging again, and I made application with a website with few original posts. All post were written by me( site was new with no traffic), I applied 3 times and every time I got reply that when they tried to review my site it was not available. I had some issues with hosting, it was slow, so I moved to bluehost. The hosting is working fine. Now I have more content and better-looking site, but when I try to apply in my AdSense account it shows the error: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. It is happening for more than 1 months, I was trying to look for a solution in google products forum, but did not get any solution, I was trying to contact them but failed to find contact information. Anyone here facing the same problem and do you have any suggestion how to solve this or contact with AdSense authority?

Redirect old domain to new one and apply again or wait for google reply forever.
Other method - call them. Not sure which country are you from, but if you earn enough you get the phone number to call them.

What do you mean by "hosted account"? Did you try to apply with new domain?

Hosted AdSense account is one that you signup for using YouTube, Blogger and other Google services. But currently, Hosted Adsense is only allowed to use on youtube, this account was created by my youtube channel.
