cheap and good in the same sentence, they dont mix, spend at least 10 bucks/mo dude or ull regret it, personally if ur gonna go with a generic provider and do bh type sites, get a reseller level account so you will get away with using more server resources than normal so u can do ur thing easily enough without getting yelled at about cpu usage
I do not want to hijack this post. but your comment after reading :hit home" my domains have been suspended because of cpu usage. 2000 page view daily, suspended for the last week. can I get your views on a provider. I am a affiliate but stressed to spend a the time moving to a new and have to do it again.

i just threw a comment into your other post as well, basically, if your site is important to you, skip shared and reseller and go vps/dedi, it may sound expensive upfront but work out how much you make from your site each month and how much more could u easily make if you were allowed to saturate your server entirely from either bandwidth intensive or cpu intensive applications and consider from there where you should go, feel free to pm me and i can give you some more info to go from there with if you want
