How many times can I get the 1 cent hosting deal? I've gotten it twice so far, but need another account for a new domain so I can start inboxing my mails again...

Every account should be on registered with different name and you are fine. (Try to use not the same ip).

Just use a proxy to register the accounts and you should be fine unlimited times, they don't seem to notice when you use the same paypal or domains on multiple accounts.

It's "Wordpress", http://www.hostgator.com/wordpress-hosting.shtml - Use Google to find codes like this, there are everywhere. Oh and if you run into problems with paypal, add on new e-mail addresses, use them, delete them, add more, rinse and repeat.
